Provide detailed thermal bridge assessments and assist architects reach a Y-factor of 0.08, even 0.01 W/m²K as required by Passive House Standard.

Estimate carbon/environmental impact of a building or construction system.

Through use of ‘WUFI simulation’ software, advise on the vapour and moisture characteristics of an existing or designed buildup of the external envelope of a building. This kind of study can prevent a buildup of condensation, mould or structural decay.
